Advisor wasn't pleasant to deal with and was clearly in foul mood.Told me that they wouldn't deal with the fuel issue unless they fuelled the car up for road test as I couldn't tell them myself. Tried explaining it was software fault, didn't listen.
On time and cost as quoted. Transfer bus on time too.
I was over satisfied with the service from Daniel. However, I was less satisfied with the sales manager that I dealt with when collecting the car following the addition of parking sensors.
The person I dealt with was great however I was not happy about having to pay for one of the repairs. I had this same issue on my 140 (previous car) so it seems like a design flaw to me.

Recent visit for a persistent fog light failure warning . Was left for nearly 2 hrs while they did a health check, video recording and valet. While that would be great I wasn't told or asked if I wanted to wait waited long, to get a bulb changed.
The job was done to my entire satisfaction, and the car was cleaned inside and out.
Very well treated as part of the service and clear updates provided.

I am still awaiting an emailed receipt for the service that was carried out. On the day, I took a test drive of another car and was advised I would get a valuation for my current car within a few days, still not received this.

Was not offered a pick up service for car, when I asked was offered mini bus.

Based on what I wrote in the field above I can't say that I am satisfied. I mentioned this via SMS to the dealership and they asked if I wanted to discuss further with a senior service manager. I have not received any more communication from them
The performance of the salesperson is very important, and it may not be possible to find a salesperson who is familiar with you, so I feel different effects every time I buy it.
I thought the level of customer service was shocking from start to finish. Poorly informed about the work required on my car and the timescale of which it would be done. Too much to put in 200 characters. Will happily discuss further.

Had to wait almost an hour to get my car keys due to it being stuck behind a oil tanker, although I was treated very nicely and apologized for the wait. Although wasn't offered any beverages while I was waiting

Asked for a fix to the passenger side windscreen not clearing - appeared to be an issue with the angle of the waterjets. This was not fixed or advised
Very expensive for my cars 1st service for what was basically an oil change and 1ltr of screen wash and don't forget the micro filters that I never use.

New car was delivered one month late. This made it necessary to extend the existing PCP incurring additional cost. The new car was not configured according to specification. Compensation was agreed.

Couple of issues at delivery.
It's my 5th car I've bought from there. I wouldn't have gone back if not satisfied. Using the same dealer means you don't have to keep explaining your requirements every time you change your car.
Everything went through smoothly and efficiently
I could not get hold of the sales person very easily. Most of the times I would call but get a reply that he is busy. Sometimes I don't receive a call back .. then I started to communicate over email were the response was better.
I find the process is very time consuming. As the salesman has to report back to his superiors
Attractive showroom and very polite and attentive staff. The vehicle was well prepared and presented well ready for us to drive off. The salesperson was kind enough to offer to deliver the car to our own.

Difficulty getting information/clarity on what upgrades were available for my car prior to taking delivery.

As above. Purchase was a complete shambles. I asked for heated seats and sun protection glass & pearl Crome trim, it was delivered without these features. Delivery was ok, Chris was great at explaining car and going through paperwork.

Only reason for not giving full marks is that my trade in needed a body repair and your process insisted that we get this done at a commercial rate. Last time I change my wifes car the mini dealer (also BMW) had the body repair done at internal rates
