See previous question; very friendly named staff, use of complimentary spa facilities at Norton House hotel was a real and unexpected bonus. And by the way, the car was well serviced too and a problem with the electric closing boot was resolved!

Staff constantly helping you and making everything as easy as possible also great coffee.
Eastern BMW made me feel valued and special even although I wasnt about to spend any money with them. I have had a very different experience with another BMW garage in Edinburgh and will not be returning there even if it is much closer to home.

I have no doubt that the service was well done and the car will run well as a result. I find it annoying that everything is done via computer diagnostics but that is modern systems. BMW parts seem good but disproportionately expensive.

The car was dropped off for the garage opening to have recall work done that I was told would take 11/2 hours. The Car was not ready until after 17:00 and only after repeated phone calls from me.

Did everything required and service was not too expensive. Despite highlighting likely need for a new tyre when I booked the service; and dropping the car off early morning the tyre had to be ordered and car kept over night

Choice of appointment time. Comfortable surroundings and available refreshments while waiting.Technicians obviously well trained and working in an appropriate manner to ensure swift MOT process. Car returned clean both internally and externally.
Only driven car home and now off the road in our garage so no chance to confirm all continues to be well.We had a disastrous MOT/service here 3 years ago when we had a major brake failure 5 days later while travelling through France.

Same as above. The only downside and why full marks were not awarded was the time it took to respond to my text advising I was not content to take forward the replacement of the window wipers and A/C upgrade. That took a while.

KEPT INFORMED AT EACH STAGE
When I queried my bill being more than what I was quoted the service advisor explained it as the brake fluid change costing a minimum of £80-£90 pounds while looking at the bill. This was incorrect, I had a £20 additional scope charge

After having used John Clark in Dundee, it is nice to see a garage that genuine appreciates customers and treats with well and with respect. If only I had known about eastern western, I wish I had bought my 2 bmws from them in the first place.
Great service and courtesy. Breakfast & Shuttle into town were a welcome additions as it can be a long wait. Shuttle driver was very helpful. Had to wait on car being cleaned but didn't notice much difference, not a big issue though.

Within 200 metres of leaving the garage a message came up on the screen telling me I had a problem with low tyre pressure in the left back tyre. My husband inflated the tyre for me. I Informed garage. Told not included in first service.

To me BMW cars sell themselves but I have dealt with Chris Bunch at Eastern BMW over the past few years and have found him to be very approachable, knowledgeable and someone who provides both great advice and excellent customer service.

Very poor in more or less every respect. At one point I was told I couldnt collect my car on a Saturday as they were holding a VIP day. Obviously buying a new BMW at £54000 doesnt qualify you as a VIP
Car was prepared and delivered to me when I was promised and I was kept up to date at all times.
It was pretty much hassle free with friendly staff.

Everyone we spoke to or dealt with at Eastern BMW was professional, helpful and not at all pushy....Particularly Chris Henderson whom we dealt with. I was dreading buying a new car but Chris made it an enjoyable expierience.

All options were explained at time of purchase - albeit some 6 months in advance. Car was ready at appointed time for collection and the disposal of previous car at the garage made life easier.

Chris Bunch at Eastern BMW listened to everything I had to say and picked up on everything I wanted in a new BMW. He delivered a car that is fantastic and makes me smile every time I am behind the wheel. I can't thank him or his colleagues enough.
The car was seriously delayed at the distribution centre for two weeks and BMW GB or the dealer were unable to give an definite delivery date. We were also not kept upto date with the dealer, we had to chase all the time.
