The service work was done propely. The vehicle computer still shows service due though thr service is completed. Although the complimentary vaccum was done poorly. Even Arnold clark does a better job for lesser money to what i paid

Only took an hour and a half for service and valet. Also given options for breakfast and use of spa facilities at local hotels and a shuttle service to the city centre while I waited.

Greater reliance on remote communication technology means that the customer is immediately in touch with what is going on; good customer contact by the relevant engineer. On this occasion, the standard of valet service on completion was low.

Not only did Eastern Motors carry out repairs to my car within 24 hours, they also loaned me a replacement vehicle so that I could carry out my engagements whilst in Edinburgh (I live in Orkney).

If I had one point to feedback, I wonder if you guys are able to update the Map on the onboard sat nav each time the car goes in for service /repair. After all, you had my car for the whole working day.

To insist on a full service at a cost of £250 for a car that is 18months old and has only done 5000miles seems excessive.
I thought the service was professional, polite, efficient and Mohammed my service agent was incredibly knowledgeable.
Nothing could have been done better!
Were advised that our car would be delivered to us by 6.00pm. No delivery was made and no explanation given - were left wondering if car and delivery driver had been involved in an accident. Had to phone next day to find out where our car was.
Disappointed to be charged £150 to clear blockage in windscreen washers in fairly new car. Was told there would be a charge but still felt excessive.
Our service agent, young lady was excellent...competent, friendly and engaging.

See previous question; very friendly named staff, use of complimentary spa facilities at Norton House hotel was a real and unexpected bonus. And by the way, the car was well serviced too and a problem with the electric closing boot was resolved!
Staff constantly helping you and making everything as easy as possible also great coffee.
Eastern BMW made me feel valued and special even although I wasnt about to spend any money with them. I have had a very different experience with another BMW garage in Edinburgh and will not be returning there even if it is much closer to home.
Car valet wasn't up to the usual standard.
From start to finish it was extremely professional

Friendly service with efficient communication and a handy drop off and pick up service to the city centre.
We had advised about a fault and were told all was well to find on getting home that the fault had not been cleared. But we did re-book the car in and Tracy was very helpful.

I have no doubt that the service was well done and the car will run well as a result. I find it annoying that everything is done via computer diagnostics but that is modern systems. BMW parts seem good but disproportionately expensive.

Great service, great environment everyone I spoke to was very helpful and professional.
All showroom staff were attentive and focussed on customer service. The Mobility specialist Chris Bunch was particularly professional and also down to Earth. He actually was the one who I trusted throughout with his excellent help.
The whole experience was professional and enjoyable. Only one situation arose re the timing of delivery of the new car .Chris Bunch took responsibility for determining the art of the possible resulting in an ideal solution for me as the customer.

We were well looked after and was given a full demonstration of the features and controls when we picked the car up, battery had a possible fault but this was replaced as soon as it was realised before we left the garage.

Our Sales Executive was Chris Bunch at Eastern BMW. Chris commitment to get us into the right car with the right deal at the right time is highly valued. He is a pleasure to deal with. Feels more like a Relationship Manager than traditional sales.

The facility is nicely laid out, I like the m series line up at the back, it was a nice touch to get tea and coffee. The downside was I couldnt test drive on my first visit due to staff ok a bmw training day and had to arrange a second visit.
Catherine Coleman was the sales executive who looked after my wife and I. Communicated well between first visit and collecting car. Didn't give 5.0 as previous bmw purchases came with a bunch of flowers for wife!Coffee not the greatest !

Car has some damage and was delayed by several weeks, The dealer is working to get the damage repaired around the facia on the car but not happy that a £60k car was delivered for pick up damaged
