Eastern BMW made me feel valued and special even although I wasn’t about to spend any money with them. I have had a very different experience with another BMW garage in Edinburgh and will not be returning there even if it is much closer to home.

I have no doubt that the service was well done and the car will run well as a result. I find it annoying that everything is done via computer diagnostics but that is modern systems. BMW parts seem good but disproportionately expensive.

The facility is nicely laid out, I like the m series line up at the back, it was a nice touch to get tea and coffee. The downside was I couldn’t test drive on my first visit due to staff ok a bmw training day and had to arrange a second visit.

Car has some damage and was delayed by several weeks, The dealer is working to get the damage repaired around the facia on the car but not happy that a £60k car was delivered for pick up damaged
