Was not offered a pick up service for car, when I asked was offered mini bus.
Was welcomed into dealership and looked after very well .

Based on what I wrote in the field above I can't say that I am satisfied. I mentioned this via SMS to the dealership and they asked if I wanted to discuss further with a senior service manager. I have not received any more communication from them
The performance of the salesperson is very important, and it may not be possible to find a salesperson who is familiar with you, so I feel different effects every time I buy it.
I thought the level of customer service was shocking from start to finish. Poorly informed about the work required on my car and the timescale of which it would be done. Too much to put in 200 characters. Will happily discuss further.

Had to wait almost an hour to get my car keys due to it being stuck behind a oil tanker, although I was treated very nicely and apologized for the wait. Although wasn't offered any beverages while I was waiting
Efficient and great video presentation
Everything was done very well and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
Have used this dealer for a number of years now and always had a good experience. Friendly helpful staff and work carried out to a high standard.
Very expensive for my cars 1st service for what was basically an oil change and 1ltr of screen wash and don't forget the micro filters that I never use.
Asked for a fix to the passenger side windscreen not clearing - appeared to be an issue with the angle of the waterjets. This was not fixed or advised

They squeezed me in to a time slot not entirely convenient for them but worked for me. The car was service MOT was completed quickly and the car washed before returning.
Very good level of customer service. I did not purchase the car from them originally but will difinitely use them when I renew it.

As above. Purchase was a complete shambles. I asked for heated seats and sun protection glass & pearl Crome trim, it was delivered without these features. Delivery was ok, Chris was great at explaining car and going through paperwork.

Only reason for not giving full marks is that my trade in needed a body repair and your process insisted that we get this done at a commercial rate. Last time I change my wifes car the mini dealer (also BMW) had the body repair done at internal rates
Chris bunch, my sales person, provided excellent service, including flexibility with appointments, searching for the vehicle I wanted, sorting the right financing, explaining technical jargon etc. Easy to deal with and no pressure. Genius spot on too

We did have to wait a while for car pick up. Not too impressed with suddenly being presented with several different insurance policies and being told had to sign today. Disappointed that there was only 5 miles of diesel in tank.
