Very good level of customer service. I did not purchase the car from them originally but will difinitely use them when I renew it.
They squeezed me in to a time slot not entirely convenient for them but worked for me. The car was service MOT was completed quickly and the car washed before returning.

Advisor Nathan kept me updated which was great. Was ant a text which said there was a video of my car in the link which there was no video and I also ask for my boot to be hovered which was not done. The valet looked very rushed
Bonnet catch wasnt put down properly and only noticed once I got home

In view end of warranty service was being done being charged £55.00 for an mot was excessive, service did not include updating sat nav cost £150.00 and despite having paid when car was new service plan did not include air con service.
Sadly, I was only reminded by BMW of my MOT being due AFTER my service which has left me searching for an MOT garage at very short notice due to BMW not able to provide the service within the timescale (2 days).

The salesperson (Chris Bunch) made it very easy to understand what was on offer and used his own experience to give examples of what its like to live with a BMW, and also clearly explained the process of waiting for and taking delivery of the car.

We did have to wait a while for car pick up. Not too impressed with suddenly being presented with several different insurance policies and being told had to sign today. Disappointed that there was only 5 miles of diesel in tank.
All staff were very helpful and my sales rep Alastair answered all questions clearly. Nothing was too much trouble.

The first car I bought was sold by another dealer. It was then resolved by souring another car. However I had to do some of the chasing for updates, they choose to start my agreement prior to them have the car to include it in Nov sales

We were really looked after on our visits and received updates every step of the way by e-mail and the whole process made us feel like very valued customers. In addition the showroom was dog friendly which was a much an appreciated bonus.
