Great service and customer approach!
The process from start to finish was very good and customer focussed. All of the staff I had dealings with were very courteous and made me feel like a valued customer.

unfortunate early corrosion on the alloy wheels central area after a few years, Eastern BMW helped the replacement wheels process, and I am proud of being loyal to BMW
Glad we managed to get the issue resolved.
Service Advisor was very knowledgeable, texted me regularly to advise on progress, confirmed what works had been carried out on my car and car was valeted before I picked it up.
It feels like driving a new car after the the recent job's been done on my car.

When I first went in for recall there was mix up re courtesy car then went back and was told they only done half work as didnt have other part so car to go back again 3 times bit much as people have busy lives to sit 3 hours in garage at a time

They are doing what they can do within their authority and following the rules set by BMW HQ. Unfortunately the issue is product related not service related.

Unhappy due to, a) it taking too long (08:30 - 17:30), b) being misled about when it would be ready, c) the attitude of service manager (telling me his issues, not mine!) and d) not being told options prior to service, i.e. spa vouchers, rental car..
We need to to do much better. Apologies.
My car was checked and double checked. Courtesy car was great. Only one comment about communication. I would have preferred someone technical to explain all checks rather than a text message high level report.

Communicated at every stage, laid on transport to Edinburgh and back and car when picked up serviced as planned and washed
Given problem with vehicle they were helpful and genuinely went out of their way to ensure matter was resolved.

The service work was done propely. The vehicle computer still shows service due though thr service is completed. Although the complimentary vaccum was done poorly. Even Arnold clark does a better job for lesser money to what i paid

Lovely modern showroom and very knowledgeable staff. Scott and the team have been superb.
Only took an hour and a half for service and valet. Also given options for breakfast and use of spa facilities at local hotels and a shuttle service to the city centre while I waited.

We fell very confident driving abroad, especially as it has been serviced by B.M.W. it's gives us feeling of great security.
I usually receive excellent service, however this time the service consultant was to busy to go through the paperwork with me and said she would post or email it to me and I am still waiting

Greater reliance on remote communication technology means that the customer is immediately in touch with what is going on; good customer contact by the relevant engineer. On this occasion, the standard of valet service on completion was low.
appointment had been reorganised and service staff completed the service before the allotted time as I was waiting for completion.
All round very good experience . Courteous and helpful .

Very helpful and quick, easy process
The purchase process, contact with the sales representative, Alistair Crawford, questions and answers provided and efficient use of electronic communication options was first rate. The handover of the vehicle was carried out to a high standard.
Kate and the wider team were excellent to deal with. They were friendly and professional throughout.
Everyone was very attentive and helpful, I was kept informed of progress with my order and the handover of the new car was helpful and efficient.

Attended Eastern at Newbridge event intending to buy pre-registered. Salesman, Gurpage Singh could not locate a suitable car. Did find a new vehicle but had no experience of selling new vehicles, we should have been passed to new car sales exec.
