Service too longer than what I was advised. End of warranty check also revealed a small oil leak that was considered as being repaired. Being an engineer I know that an oil leak can only be rectified by replacing the seals or o rings. Time will tell.

Arranging the pick up and return service of my vehicle involved somewhat of a delay in having my MOT carried out. So although it is a service offered by BMW one is often required to wait much longer than usual for this option.
A bit on the expensive side.
Right from booking to collection, it was a great and smooth journey. I had to cancel my appointment due to an unplanned incident but the team was brilliant as they called me twice to rebook the appointment. Overall Super..

The service experience was smoothly and efficiently managed from first contact to return of the vehicle. A bonus was the provision of a brand new Mini Cooper S as a courtesy car.

Although my car was booked in all day, it was ready when they said it would be (before closing) and any work was explained well. It would be good it the garage was open a little bit longer to allow for an end of day collection.

They look after their customers
Unfortunately the part I wanted fitted was not done as lack of experience in the workshop meant I had to rebook at the body shop . The manner in which I was looked after was amazing as I had a wonderful time at a spa while waiting for my car repair .

The car unfortunately had to go back in as there was an issue with the exhaust system but we got the car collected from our house then dropped off again as was causing problems as I work in the Glasgow area but all fixed now excellent service

felt it took a long time for a first service
I was told the car was ready to pick up but when I arrived some time later I found the the washing of the car had only just started and I had to wait nearly 30mins

Sales (Chris Bunch) and other staff were extremely helpful. All of the vehicles I was interested in were shown to me and models and specifications were explained. Reception staff were also very friendly and efficient.
