Zero fuss involved in arranging and achieving service. Car picked up on time, feedback throughout process (video walkthrough is a nice touch), and car returned well ahead of predicted time. Team able to find and remedy intermittent fault.
Fairly satisfied as the response from the staff was not altogether satisfactory as they were slow to responding to my telephone calls.

There appeared disconnect in communication during the handover between service personnel on the Saturday - i received no phone call before the 6pm deadline on the Friday night. Car not valeted. Ultimately i was expecting a much improved repair bill.

(without overthinking it, I can't work out a meaningful difference between 4* and 5*) My fault for asking in the first place, but I winced at being charged over £22+vat to fit wiper blades. Ouch
Not at all. The issue with my vehicle was brought to my attention so late in the process that I had to leave with out it being repaired.
The tyre sensor in the car went off the next time I used it after the service which suggests that the tyre pressures were not checked during the service which I find surprising.
Yes, work done was fine but I don't believe a car that I've had for under 3 months should have had this happen

The whole process was made easy at BMW Edinburgh. Everyone involved done everything they could to make things run smoothly from my first visit to the showroom to driving away with the new car.
The whole experience over the course of the various visits (test drive, discussing, buying, admin and then pick up) was first class. The Salesman, Mark Nelson pitched it just right with us, enjoyed working with him and not being pressured.

Lead through process by Mark easily and kept informed of progress. Slight issue with dirty mark on drivers seat. However quickly rectified by Mark taking initiative to take car to valeting dept and making happen. Makes difference when made to feel

Service was good, but the salesman could not show us the type of car we had purchased, when this finally did happen we were shown a base model not to the specification we had ordered. This left a bit of uncertainty.
The handover was let down by the lack of knowledge shown by the product genius, I felt he was unsure of the vehicles iDrive system and wasn't clear or confident when trying to explain the operation of this system.
