Wasn't made aware of the "While you wait" service. When making the appointment I advised that I had a dash message that the key fob battery had discharged and that was translated into something wrong with air conditioning. Fortunately Ross sorted it.

Less than impressed with the service department. We got a soundbite report on the car which was a joke as it was drowned out by background noise and music. Tyre pressure fault was not fixed. Ross the Motability liaison man saved the day. He was great

I have a front & rear camera system, but it was unplugged when it came in for a starter motor recall - why? If it HAD to be unplugged, then why wasnt it plugged back in after the repair...No one mentioned this and I only noticed a few days later?

Overall a great service. However, my dashcam was left with all cables disconnected and dangling from the unit. If you have a GDPR policy or other privacy reasons just let me know and I will disable the device before leaving the vehicle with you.

I booked my car in to get wheel bairings changed due to leaking oil noted during service. Only to find my car getting a health check with video showing what I already new. So instead of getting my car fixed I had to wait another day, for 1 1/2 hr job
