The service was completed as agreed, and in the timescale indicated and an excellent loan vehicle was provided. Reception/service staff at the centre were both efficient and friendly. There was no usual vehicle video check at this visit.

There must have been a glitch in the booking system as the reception area was full of unhappy people. I had a 10.30 appointment for a health check (1 hour) and got the car back at 13.15. Normally it's excellent.

My car has a wheel that has started to delaminate, this should be covered under warranty, however the garage are refusing due to the wheel having been refurbished prior to my ownership, which they failed to tell me at the time of purchase.
