Service engineer ensured the car was fitted with the part as per recall. However, the intermittent fault of over-revving did not show when checked. Hopefully it does not happen again.

They were helpful, provided a great service & went the extra mile in ensuring work completed was the highest level & made it effortless from a customer perspective. The facilities are excellent & it was a really nice touch to provide a gift bag

Once again they all drive to get things done with no excuses at all. Keeping you in the loop which is very good on the progress on our BMW. From the service department to the technicians and the team at reception are great really.

I was happy with the service. I was very surprised to be recommended to change my tyres, 1) because there was still 3.5 mm of tread remaining and 2) as I have only done7200 miles the majority of this being town driving with a couple of motorway trips
