The sales staff I dealt with (Ewan and Chris) helped me purchase my second new BMW after initially I said that the proposed new monthly payments were too high. I was happy to keep my car for another year, They looked at it again and made it work.

Completely satisfied with sales experience. Very much less so with service experience (due to problem with existing car already mentioned). Initially, after my car had been recovered to the garage, I was promised two callbacks that never came.

The experience was fine, despite dealing with three different salespeople due to holidays etc. I was given mixed messages regarding the delivery date of the car, and the final stages of purchase were somewhat rushed, but it was all OK in the end.

Morgan was amazing, can't fault her. I requested a clean of the car during the service and found it odd to only have the front and rear interior mats hoovered but the boot and internal console was left untouched - that was a little disappointing.

As above regarding feedback. Only slight shame was the £20 courtesy car cost for insurance (£7300 per year pro rata is madness! Considering I pay £119 for a Porsche Cayman S). No real option here as including wait all day or get lifts etc.

A phone call was all that was required for a technician to attend at my home, leave his car and take mine away for repair. It was later returned in perfect condition only 5 hours later. My fuel had been topped up too as a courtesy.

I have had the vehicle from new since April 2022. Yet the answer to why the Apple Car play does not work alludes anyone at BMW. The last suggestion that it was my iPhone 14 is erroneous as my husband has an iPhone 14 & it works perfectly fine for him

For 5 weeks I was given a courtesy and told I wasn't insured to drive it. I was borrowing a car and paying for taxi's and hire cars for 5 weeks. Although the main issue was my new car should never have been delivered with so many faults
