Car was in for two days and not fixed. I asked in advance for a courtesy car in advance and was told someone would call me to discuss and they never happened so was carless for 2 days. I also mentioned my key wasn't working and that wasn't fixed.

Very poor communication . Took 2 days to change tyre . Told car would be ready Tuesday morning .. I phoned Tuesday mid morning ti be told tyres were late in coming in .Tild wheel was buckled but no evidence of this and no video

I was told that my car was ready for collection but when I went to Eastern about 2 hours later I had to wait 45 minutes for it. I had 2 rear tyres replaced & they were inflated to 2.7 instead of 2.3.

Overall a great service. However, my dashcam was left with all cables disconnected and dangling from the unit. If you have a GDPR policy or other privacy reasons just let me know and I will disable the device before leaving the vehicle with you.

I booked my car in to get wheel bairings changed due to leaking oil noted during service. Only to find my car getting a health check with video showing what I already new. So instead of getting my car fixed I had to wait another day, for 1 1/2 hr job

Satisified that the work was done, but with the complimentry wash which I always decline but happy to have the inside vacummed, it is never done, every time. Also the courtesy bus to the gyle, no mention of it when i dropped off the car.

Fault fixed quickly. For the 2nd time I was without my car for 6 days due to a suspension sensor fault. Additionally my car was in the garage twice for faulty window guide. Id have given higher score if i knew car was fault free and repairs permanen.
